BUBUR AYAM INDONESIAN FOOD RECIPES

1/2 tablespoon salt
    
1 block chicken broth
    
2 cm ginger crushed
    
1000 ml of water
    
2 tablespoons oil for frying

Smooth flavor ingredients:

    
6 red onions
    
2 grains of toasted hazelnut
    
3 cloves garlic
    
1 cm turmeric fuel
    
1/2 teaspoon coriander
    
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 



Supplementary material :

    
50 gr crackers
    
2 tablespoons soy sauce
    
75 grams of soy fritters
    
1 stalk celery finely cut
    
2 tablespoons fried onions
    
1 piece cakue chopped 



How to Make Chicken Porridge:
 
1.Make porridge: boiled rice, chicken broth, pandan leaves and salt. Stir constantly until soft and creamy and set aside.
   
 
2.Make the sauce: Pour the oil in a frying pan and then heat, saute ground spices until fragrant, put chicken broth, ginger and stir until the color changes.
   
 
3.Add water, chicken, chicken broth block, and salt, then cook over low heat until boiling and berkaldu. Remove the chicken, fry until cooked and then shredded shredded.
